My story.
I created LoveLab because, after years of doing this work, I kept hearing the same story from women over and over again: Smart, self-aware, emotionally intelligent women who still felt stuck in the same relationship patterns no matter how much healing they’d already done. And truthfully, I knew that story intimately, because it was mine too. I’ve lived through the breakups that gut you, the relationships that feel like déjà vu, the cycles you swear you won’t repeat… until you do.
What I learned — through my own healing and through helping hundreds of women — is that love isn’t just emotional. It’s neurological + patterned.
And when you blend astrology with neuroscience, the root code behind why you love the way you do is visible. LoveLab is part research lab, part healing studio — where we don’t shame our patterns, we study them.
I built this space because love shouldn’t feel like guesswork. You deserve tools, clarity, and a community that helps you become the most magnetic, grounded version of yourself — whether you’re healing, rebuilding, or reinventing your single era.
